"I don't know for sure," Guinnie admitted. She was glad that she had a natural ability to run. She needed it to keep up with all the much taller elves she was always around. "There's nothing nearby to run to, but we're going northwest toward Ravenspyre. I'm hoping we'll find some tall grass or a forest or something else to hide in. Not that I'm much good with hiding. My aura always ruins it." She surveyed the land around them, hoping she would eventually see something they could hide in.

Ari wondered if she should actually stay with this elf, if her aura would give them away. She chuckled to herself, and she was worried about her hair. The mention of Ravenspyre made her twinge. "I don't like Ravenspyre, bunch of drunks there." She mumbled as she ran, looking around a bit for someplace they could hide. "Maybe if we found a cave...and I could seal the entrance with my magic, maybe I could confuse them from your aura."

Guinnie chuckled inwardly at the redhead's drunk comment. Her plan would probably work, but Guinnie had a meeting in Ravenspyre tomorrow with a powerful elf who would hopefully teach her how to use her light magic. She considered for a moment. She could miss her meeting and be alive and well, or she could risk her life for the meeting with no garuntee of getting there alive. Guinnie sighed loudly, knowing the redhead was right. "I think your plan will work. Let's turn due north. There should be some rocky or mountianous terrain in a few miles. That's what my map said anyway." She turned toward due north, keeping her steps even and her pace steady.

Ari nodded, she didn't know this area well, she'd have to trust the dark elf's maps. As she followed the girl north she kept her eyes open for any sign of a acceptable hiding place. Her mind was clearing more steadily now from the buzz. She tried to make sure she remembered that spell, the one that might seal them from any sight of the Dark Elves and hopefully confuse or hide the girl's aura. Ari prayed her magic was strong enough to cast a spell big enough to cover the intense aura of the other girl's.

It was about twenty minutes before Guinnie saw anything. The ground began to get rocky and took on a slight incline. Mountains were forming on the close horizon. She guessed that if they kept up their pace, they would get there in five or ten more minutes. She began scanning what she could see of the mountains for caves or crevices. It would take a much larger one than she was used to since the redhead was with her. Guinnie had never realized before how much she took her small size for granted. Or how much trouble her huge aura could be.

Ari scanned the rocky terrain, looking for anything big enough to hold herself plus the other elf and her huge aura. Soon she spotted a darker spot in the rock, a cave. She mentally patter herself on the back. "Over here," she gestured for the other girl to follow her. "I think I found a cave." Ari headed towards the dark spot in the rocks, her cave theory growing more and more definite with every step. "I think it's big enough for the both of us plus our magic." She said as she reached the hole and peered in. She mumbled something softly and a glimmer of light flowed out of her hand and into the darkness, allowing her to see how big the space really was.

Guinnie caught up to the cave at the same time the redhead did. She peered in. There was something about the cave she didn't like, but now was not the time to be picky. "If you can't hide my magic, you can try to teach me the spell, and I can help. I'm a pretty quick learner when it comes to magic." Guinnie tried to smile helpfully at the other girl, but she was certain the effect was lost in the worry she was feeling. Once again her stupid aura got in her stupid way.
